HOW IT WORKS
Four steps from accident to recovery
1-Open an injury claim.
Call MPI and open a Bodily Injury Claim. It’s separate from your vehicle damage claim.
2-Book with us.
No referral needed. Book online or call — let us know it’s an MPI claim.
3-Get assessed.
Your physiotherapist assesses your injuries and builds a plan to get you back to your routine.
4-We handle MPI.
We request approvals, bill MPI directly and keep your case manager updated.

MPI Physiotherapy FAQ

Your MPI Bodily Injury Claim number. It’s different from the number for damage to your vehicle — if you only have a vehicle claim, call MPI to open an injury claim.
-
No. Physiotherapists in Manitoba are direct-access providers, so you can book with us without a referral.
-
For treatment MPI has approved, we bill MPI directly. If anything isn’t covered, we’ll tell you before your appointment.
-
Often, yes. Call us with your claim number and we’ll check with MPI about continuing or restarting your coverage.

If your therapist thinks imaging is required we will organize it.
